This site is the product of much time and hard work and dedication. It has:
1. A bi-weekly newsletter subscription
2. My IP commercial awareness blog
3. My SSG concept/theory paper.
Feel free to indulge!

Hi, I’m Rushi. I was born in India and grew up in the UK, where I’ve pursued my passion for law, politics, and how governance can be made fairer and more effective. I hold an LLB from the University of Sussex and an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London, and I’m on the path to qualifying as a solicitor.
My projects reflect different sides of my work and interests:
– UKCaseLawBriefs: a newsletter and media project breaking down recent UK cases and legislation into clear, accessible insights.
– Sector-Specific Governance (SSG) Paper: my proposal for a new governance model in Britain, published as a white paper to encourage debate and reform.
– Blog: reflections on law, society, and personal growth.
Across all of these, my aim is simple: to make complex legal and political ideas understandable, useful, and relevant — whether for lawyers, students, policymakers, or curious readers.
I believe law isn’t just something that happens in courtrooms and parliaments — it’s something that shapes everyday life. And by making it more transparent, we can help people feel empowered to engage with it.
